Frequently Asked Questions

Energy healing encompasses various techniques designed to channel and balance the body’s vital life force energy, fostering wellness. The underlying principle is that our energy field directly affects our physical, emotional, and mental health. We each have energy centers (or "chakras") that act as focal points for this energy. When we experience stress, illness, or emotional imbalance, these centers can become blocked or congested. Energy healing practices, such as pranic healing and reiki, work to clear these disruptions, restore harmony in the energy field, and support the body’s natural healing capabilities.

Pranic Healing is a no-touch energy healing technique developed by Master Choa Kok Sui that uses prana, or life force energy, to balance and harmonize the body's energy system. Through cleansing and energizing the energy field (or "aura") and energy centers (or "chakras"), pranic healing helps clear blockages and energizes depleted areas with fresh energy, restoring the body’s natural flow. With established protocols for a range of ailments—from minor issues like headaches to serious conditions such as respiratory illnesses and cancer—Pranic Healing supports physical, emotional, and mental wellness, accelerating the body’s own healing process.

While Pranic Healing and Reiki are both energy-based therapies, they employ distinct approaches. Reiki is rooted in Japanese tradition and involves gently placing hands on or near the body to channel universal life energy, fostering relaxation and calm. Reiki practitioners are trained to channel divine energy, often guided by intuition or a higher spiritual source, into the client. Pranic Healing, on the other hand, is a no-touch method that places strong emphasis on cleansing and energizing the aura and chakras. Through specific protocols designed for various physical and emotional conditions, Pranic Healing clears stagnant or diseased energy and revitalizes affected areas. This approach not only promotes relaxation but can also facilitate deep healing, sometimes leading to profound or even miraculous results.

That's a great question! Sound Healing is a great way to release energies that no longer serve us. A concept to help begin to build this awareness is that we are all frequencies. Solid objects are just molecules vibrating at certain frequencies. Same with liquids and gases and all other forms of energy. Everything breaks down to energy including us. When we apply this to sound healing with a combination of our intent this allows us focus on different parts of our bodies to release stagnant energy from our bodies. This can be things like emotions or traumas or anything of the sort. Often Sound Healing is a very gentle way to enter into different parts of our bodies and when combined with meditation can offer up a safe space to gently release what no longer serves us.

The phenomenon of sympathetic resonance also plays a big role in sound healing. You can see this by walking into a room full of guitars, plucking one of the strings on a guitar and you'll hear the other guitars start to ring and resonate at the same pitch and tone.

You can read more about it here:

Cacao is an optional, but powerful(and delicious) way to open the space. Cacao is a minimally processed version of cocoa. Cacao is considered a super food, which provides "maximum nutritional benefits for minimal calories, packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants." It contains many amazing chemicals such as a high amount of magnesium, antioxidants(vitamin A, C & E, beta-carotene and manganese), flavanols, potassium, and theobromine.

In general, consuming cacao is not a concern, however it is important to be aware of when we should be more discerning about consuming this food source.

Doing these various healings in a ceremonious way has several benefits. It creates a safe environment, physically, mentally, and spiritually so that you can receive what you need based off your intentions. The space becomes safe physically by allowing you your own space to be a sovereign being. The space becomes safe mentally because we hold the space with things like crystals, music, and by a calming peaceful presence. You will be heard, listened to, and allowed to ask for whatever feedback you wish to receive.

At the end of your shares we'll state for all that we either wish to be heard, given reflections, or given feedback.

Lets use this example of a share I got recently and give some examples of how the different types of feedback can look. "I went through a very difficult time recently at my job. I had a rude customer tell me off and then threaten to call my manager to tell them how bad of service I gave them. I felt very angry about it and I felt as if my job was being threatened when they yelled at me to get the manager. I went home angry about it and didn't know what to do."

"I just want to be heard"

  • This does not require us to say anything to the person. They are only asking to vent what is given and in order to respectfully hold this space we let them be heard and listened to.

"I want reflections"

  • If you have a personal story that you went through that is relevant to the share, now is the time to share this.

"I want feedback"

  • If you have any light questioning, asking first for permission, and then asking something you're curious about.
  • This is the time to give any advice you think would help this person.
    • "When you're in that situation again, talking to your manager afterwards could be a proactive step to have a talk with them about what you can do better next time."
    • "You shared that you were feeling angry still went you went home and didn't know what to do. One way I've vented my anger has been through working out or punching my pillow."
