Everything is Energy and Vibration
Music and energy flows through us, clearing out stagnant blocks and revitalizing the physical, emotional, and mental bodies to ultimately heal the soul
Kevin McEvoy
Welcome! I’m Kevin McEvoy, a Sound and Pranic Healer. I specialize in supporting individuals through chronic or acute physical, emotional, and mental health challenges, including social anxiety, depression, suicidal tendencies, and relationship struggles—all of which I personally overcame after my own profound healing journey that began in 2008. These experiences have given me deep insight and compassion, allowing me to develop techniques that promote healing, from common ailments to more complex conditions.
If you are feeling overwhelmed by difficult thoughts, emotions, or physical discomfort, I’m here to help! Using Pranic and sound healing, I facilitate deep, often permanent, transformations, guiding you towards balance, well-being, and a better life. I’m passionate about sharing these tools and helping you experience powerful, lasting change because I truly want the best for you.
I currently offer group healing sessions, meditations, and 1 on 1 services. Let’s work together to create a life filled with good health, happiness, prosperity and spirituality.
My Story
Where did I come from?
What was my journey?
What did I experience and go through to be comfortable facilitating this work for others?
My Healing Journey began in 2008
Many people have asked me how I got started with this type of healing and honestly it started a long time before I started offering any of this kind of help to anyone. My journey began in 2008 when I faced deep struggles with anxiety, depression, suicidal tendencies, and loneliness. Over the years, through meditation, self-reflection, and plant medicine ceremonies, I discovered a deeper purpose: to help people heal physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
If you wish to read more about my journey, there is a great interview that was done on Bold Journey that I’d encourage you to check out.
How are some ways that I care for myself?
Spiritually
Currently I’m an Arhatic Yoga practitioner. This involves around 1.5-2 hours of daily spiritual practices. I lead group and private meditations and healings. I spread knowledge about what I know and has worked for me and others with the hopes that it helps you to improve your life in some way.
Mentally
I take time to study something every week, whether that be through book reading, daily practices of inner reflection and firm resolution, or thinking through different problems in my life.
Emotionally
Practicing spiritual meditations such as Twin Hearts and doing self cleansing on myself allows me to remain calm and grounded in most interactions. When one can be non reactive, calm, and grounded, you can then more easily hold space for another when they are going through a difficult time.
Physically
I care for my body by eating healthy throughout the week. 95% of my meals are home cooked. I eat vegetarian, avoid seed oils, dairy, and meat.
Many meals consist of fresh fruits, vegetables, and eggs.
I workout 5-6 times a week
3 one hour cardio sessions to workout the most important muscle in the body. The heart.
2-3 weight lifting sessions to strengthen the physical body
When we strengthen the physical body, it allows one to bring down more spiritual energy and live a much higher quality of life.
“The more you develop your virtues, the stronger your connection to God will become.”
– Grand Master Choa Kok Sui
The Virtues from Arhatic Yoga have been the most concise and simple ways to put how we can truly move through life and create a more joyous, abundant, and prosperous life
The 5 Virtues
Loving Kindness & Non-Injury
This virtue encourages kindness, compassion, and the absence of cruelty or non-violence in thoughts, words, and actions. Practitioners are taught to be mindful of how their behavior affects others and to foster unconditional love for all beings.
“What you say must be kind. Loving-kindness in words is like watering the flowers. If you say the right words, they have a nurturing effect. First, master verbal non-violence, then master non-violence of thought.”
– GrandMaster Choa Kok Sui
Generosity & Non-Stealing
As Master Choa Kok Sui teaches, “It is in the giving that we receive.” This wisdom is rooted in the Law of Karma: what you sow is what you reap. Generosity goes beyond physical wealth, extending to emotional and spiritual abundance as well. By practicing generosity, we align ourselves with the flow of energy that brings prosperity, joy, and harmony into our lives.
Accurate Perception & Correct Expression
We are all beings of Divine Intelligence, Divine Love, and Divine Power.
As my teacher, Master Choa Kok Sui has put it, “It is through your divine intelligence that you are able to look beneath any veil covering the truth and see things as they really are.”
When it comes to spiritual growth, healing, or any type of progress in life. If you are lying to yourself or others, you will have a very hard time progressing. Without accurate perception, any steps you take after that have a high likelihood of being wrong.
Constancy of Aim and effort & Non-Laziness
This virtue highlights diligence, perseverance, and disciplined effort in spiritual practice and everyday life. It promotes the importance of consistent hard work while avoiding procrastination or lethargy. Or put another way, the practice of discipline and focus on a singular goal.
Moderation & Non-Excessiveness
This principle encourages balance in all aspects of life, including food, behavior, emotions, material desires and eliminating certain addictive tendencies. It teaches moderation to prevent overindulgence and attachment to worldly things, fostering contentment and self-control.
